The YRKS series 6KV and 10KV three-phase asynchronous motors are wound rotor three-phase asynchronous motors produced in accordance with the technical conditions of GB/T10445-2004. The 10KV motor can be directly used in the 10KV power grid, which has the advantages of simplifying equipment, saving investment, and reducing energy consumption. The protection level of YR series motors is IP23, and the cooling method is IC01; The protection level of YRKS series motors is IP44 or IP54, and the cooling method is ICW81A.

This motor has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, small vibration, light weight, reliable performance, and easy installation and maintenance.

This series of motors can provide a large starting torque with a small starting current, but the feeding line capacity is insufficient to start the squirrel cage rotor motor. The starting time is long and the starting is frequent, requiring a small range of speed regulation. Used for original electric motors such as ball mills, fans, compressors, water pumps, crushers, cutting machines, and transportation machinery. In addition, it can also be used to drive mechanical devices such as fans, coal mills, rolling mills, and winches with high rotational inertia.

This series of motors adopts a box structure, F-class insulation, and installation type IMB3. It is a continuous rating based on the continuous working system (S1). The H400-800 motors adopt a sliding bearing structure. The rated frequency of the motor is 50HZ, and the rated voltage is 6KV or 10KV. Other voltage levels or special requirements can be jointly negotiated with the manufacturer upon ordering.

Taking YRKS5001-4 as an example: YR represents a wound rotor asynchronous motor; YRKS represents a closed wound rotor three-phase asynchronous motor with an air-water cooler, and 5001 represents a shaft center height of 500mm and a length of iron core 1; 4 represents level 4.
