Product Introduction:
The high-voltage energy metering devices of power plants and substations, as well as the energy metering devices of a large number of users, are related to the interests of power generation, transmission, supply, and users. To ensure accurate measurement, it is necessary to conduct inspections in accordance with SD109 "Inspection Regulations for Electric Energy Metering Devices" and DL/T448-2000 "Technical Management Regulations for Electric Energy Metering Devices".
1.The YTC2145 current transformer on-site tester combines the functions of recursive method for measuring current transformer errors and potential difference method for measuring voltage transformer errors, making it convenient for on-site calibration of measuring devices.
2.On site calibration of current transformers does not require standard current transformers, current transformers, load boxes, voltage regulation control boxes, or high current wires. It uses extremely simple testing wiring and operation to achieve the calibration of current transformers, greatly reducing work intensity and improving work efficiency, making it convenient to carry out on-site transformer calibration work.
3.The YTC2145 current transformer on-site tester has a standard voltage transformer equivalent to the measured current transformer with the same transformation ratio inside, and its accuracy can reach 0.05 level, accurately measuring the transformation ratio and no-load error of the measured current transformer. Then, by combining the test results of impedance and admittance, the error of the transformer can be calculated.
4.Using a power supply close to the power frequency for testing, to prevent on-site power frequency electromagnetic radiation and series interference.
5.The measurement range is wide, ranging from 5A/5A to 25000A/5A or from 25A/1A to 5000A/1A.
