The computer optimized structural design adopts a frame or four column structure for the body. The frame is a tension rod pre tensioning structure with high precision, good rigidity, four corner and eight face guide rails, high guiding accuracy, and strong resistance to eccentric loads. The four column structure is simple, economical, practical, and uses imported material oil cylinder sealing elements, with high reliability and strong service life; Mobile workbench facilitates mold replacement and stretching, and the edge pressing slider can be integrated through positioning pins to achieve single action process action; Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic integrated safety devices, such as the lower chamber support circuit of the oil cylinder and the interlocking circuit between the upper and lower chambers of the oil cylinder, have superior safety; Imported PLC control, sensitive and reliable operation.
