The YZUL series vertical vibration motor is our company's new type of vertical vibration motor product. It adopts an advanced single flange structure, with exquisite design, safe and reliable operation. The single flange structure makes the installation and maintenance of the vertical vibration motor convenient, and can greatly reduce the weight of the host, reduce the external size of the host, simplify the host structure, reduce the host cost, and increase the processing capacity of the host for materials. Vertical vibration motors are mainly used in equipment such as rotary vibration screens, rotary vibration cleaning machines, vibration crushers, and vibration mixers to generate circular or elliptical composite vibrations, improve screening efficiency and accuracy, effectively clean the surface quality of parts, and enhance crushing or mixing effects.

Working principle of YZUL vibration motor:

The YZUL type vibration motor is an excitation source that combines a power source and a vibration source. The vibration motor is equipped with a set of adjustable eccentric blocks at each end of the rotor shaft, which use the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and eccentric blocks to obtain the excitation force. The motor itself generates easily adjustable horizontal, vertical, inclined and other directions of multiple excitation forces, forming various motion modes such as rapid planar dispersion, central aggregation, planar rotation, and three-dimensional rotation of materials, which are used to control mechanical performance indicators such as discharge speed and processing accuracy. With its unique structural characteristics, it adapts to different mechanical requirements for vibration sources.
