The compact and multifunctional configuration of the DA-56 CNC system provides you with a reliable and economical bending machine control solution.

The integrated DA-56 CNC system is equipped with DELEM 2D graphic programming design tool, which facilitates CNC programming. Using the bending process to specify functions can reduce the adjustment and testing work of the machine.

By pressing a button once, a numerical control program can be generated, specifying the axis positions for calculation and configuration. The actual machine and mold dimensions can be simulated and displayed on the screen in real proportion, allowing for direct production. During the production process, the bending process can be simulated graphically on DA-56 to guide the operation.

The basic configuration of the system is Y1-Y2-X-R axis, and the R axis can also be used as the Z axis or X2 axis. The workbench disturbance compensation function is a standard configuration. The CNC system adopts advanced technology, high flexibility, and easy operation. The USB interface provides quick backup of products and molds.
