The ZC type mechanical rotary back blowing flat bag dust collector belongs to the low-energy dust cleaning and external filter bag type dust collector. Its filter bag adopts a flat bag, and the cross-sectional shape of the filter bag is made into a trapezoid or wedge shape. Compared with circular filter bags, under the same filtering load per unit area of filter cloth, it occupies a small area and has a compact structure, which means that more filtering areas can be arranged per unit volume. This is one of its major characteristics. At present, it has gradually been promoted and used in factories in the mechanical, metallurgical, and power sectors.

Construction of ZC type mechanical rotary back blowing flat bag dust collector

It consists of the following four parts:

1. Upper box: including dust collector cover, rotating cover removal device, cleaning room, bag changing inlet, observation hole, and air outlet.

2. Medium box body: including flower board, filter bag, filter bag frame, filter bag guide, filter chamber cylinder, air inlet, and inlet door.

3. Lower box: including positioning support frame, ash hopper, star shaped ash discharge valve, and support.

4. Anti blowing dust cleaning mechanism: including rotary arm, nozzle, loop anti blowing mechanism, circulating air duct, anti blowing pipe, anti blowing machine, and rotary arm deceleration mechanism.

The anti blowing rotary arm is driven by a reducer placed on the top cover. The anti blowing machine is installed on the ground and connected to the rotary arm through a central pipe. For filter bags arranged in three or four circles, the rotary arm is equipped with a segmented anti blowing device.

The star shaped ash discharge valve, reduction device and motor, reverse blower, rotary arm reduction mechanism, and circulating air pipeline are all accessories. According to user requirements, it can be equipped on behalf of others. The platform and ladder are not shown in the series of final assembly drawings. They, along with the foundation and circulating air duct of the anti blower, should be designed and installed according to the specific situation on site.

Working principle of ZC type mechanical rotary back blowing flat bag dust collector

Filtering condition - The dusty airflow enters the upper space of the filtering chamber tangentially, due to the volute shaped inlet. Large particles and aggregated dust particles spin down the ash hopper along the cylinder wall under centrifugal force. Small particles of dust are dispersed in the gaps between the filter chamber bags and are retained by the dust removal filter bags. Adhering to the outer layer of the filter bag, purified air passes through the filter wall and collects through the filter bag guide on the flower plate in the clean room, and is sucked out by the ventilation fan and discharged into the atmosphere.

Working condition - As the filtration process progresses, the retained dust gradually thickens, resulting in an increase in the resistance of the dust removal filter bag. When the upper limit of the anti blowing control resistance is reached, the anti blowing machine can be manually turned on as needed, or the differential pressure transmitter can send a signal to automatically start the anti blowing machine and the anti blowing rotary arm transmission mechanism for anti blowing. Our company can also provide supporting automatic control devices. A counter blowing airflow with sufficient momentum is blown into the filter bag inlet through the rotary arm nozzle, blocking the filtered airflow and changing the pressure conditions inside the bag, causing substantial vibration of the filter bag and shaking off accumulated dust. Rotate the arm in turns and blow back one by one. When the resistance of the filter bag drops to the lower limit, the anti blowing mechanism is manually turned off or automatically stopped. In order to save the power of the anti blowing mechanism and reduce the anti blowing air volume, the three and four circle (i.e. 144ZC-II20ZC type) bag filter is equipped with a segmented anti blowing mechanism to blow only one filter bag at a time.
