Product Overview:
The ZKG series vacuum rake dryer is a novel horizontal intermittent vacuum drying equipment. Wet materials are evaporated through conduction, and a scraper stirrer continuously removes the materials on the hot surface, forming a circulating flow in the container. After the water evaporates, it is extracted by a vacuum pump. This machine adopts a large-area interlayer heating method, with a large heat transfer surface and high thermal efficiency. It is equipped with agitation to form a continuous circulation state of the material in the cylinder, further improving the uniformity of material heating and enabling smooth drying of slurry, paste, and paste like materials.
The middle of the vacuum rake dryer body is cylindrical, and the inside and outside of the body are divided into three layers. The heating medium of the middle jacket can be thermal oil circulation (pressure<0.3Mpa gauge pressure) or steam (pressure<0.3Mpa gauge pressure). The outer layer is made of ultra-fine glass wool, which has good insulation effect and low energy consumption. The inner layer is filled with materials, especially suitable for drying materials with oxidation risk and heat sensitive materials. During the drying process, it does not damage the crystalline materials, strictly limits the materials with metal ions, and requires the recovery (or toxicity) of volatile substances (or toxic substances) to be discharged, which further demonstrates its superiority.
The vacuum rake dryer is easy to operate, with convenient material entry and exit, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers and minimizing environmental pollution during the drying process, improving product quality, and meeting the requirements of the drug management standard "GMP".
