Material Introduction:

High carbon chromium bearing steel (GCr15)

High carbon chromium bearing steel with excellent comprehensive performance. After quenching and tempering, the hardness is high and uniform, and the wear resistance and anti fatigue strength are high. Good heat workability. After spheroidization annealing, it has good processability.

Stainless steel material:

SUS420

420 stainless steel is a martensitic stainless steel with certain wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high hardness. It is suitable for various precision machinery, bearings, electrical equipment, instruments, meters, transportation vehicles, household appliances, etc. Commonly used for manufacturing components that are resistant to atmospheric, water vapor, water, and oxidative acid corrosion.

SUS440 (9Cr18Mo)

Martensitic stainless steel has a higher carbon content than cr13 steel, so its strength and hardness are higher than cr13 steel. Other properties are similar to cr13 steel, but its weldability is poor and it is usually not used as a welding material. It is used to manufacture surgical and medical tools. This steel also has good high-temperature dimensional stability, strong corrosion resistance and toughness, and is now more widely used in handmade knives and high-quality factory made cutting tools.

SUS304 (06Cr19Ni10/0Cr18Ni9)

304 austenitic stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low-temperature strength, and mechanical properties. It has good hot workability such as stamping and bending, and no heat treatment hardening phenomenon. Non magnetic 304 stainless steel is widely used in the production of corrosion-resistant and formable equipment and parts due to its good heat resistance. At present, 304 stainless steel has been widely used in industrial equipment and decoration fields such as food, chemical, atomic energy, as well as household items, cabinets, indoor pipelines, water heaters, boilers, bathtubs, automotive parts, medical equipment, building materials, chemicals, food industry, agriculture, and ship components.

SUS316 (0Cr17Ni12Mo2)

316 austenitic stainless steel has good plasticity, toughness, cold deformation, and welding process performance, and the appearance glossiness of cold-rolled products is good; Due to the addition of Mo (2-3%), it has excellent corrosion resistance, especially pitting resistance, high temperature strength, excellent work hardening (weak magnetism after processing), non-magnetic solid solution state, and good welding performance. All standard welding methods can be used for welding.

Zirconium dioxide

Zirconia (chemical formula: ZrO2) is the main oxide of zirconium, usually white, odorless and tasteless crystals, difficult to dissolve in water, hydrochloric acid and dilute sulfuric acid. It usually contains a small amount of hafnium dioxide. It is chemically inactive and has high melting point, high resistivity, high refractive index, and low thermal expansion coefficient, making it an important high-temperature resistant material, ceramic insulation material, and ceramic light shielding agent.

Silicon nitride is an important structural ceramic material. It is a superhard substance with inherent lubricity and wear resistance, and is an atomic crystal; Antioxidant at high temperatures. And it can also resist cold and hot shocks. When heated to over 1000 ℃ in air, it will not crack even after rapid cooling and heating. It is precisely because silicon nitride ceramics have such excellent characteristics that people often use them to manufacture mechanical components such as bearings, turbine blades, mechanical seal rings, permanent molds, etc.

PEEK

Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) resin is a special engineering plastic with excellent performance. Compared with other special engineering plastics, it has more significant advantages, such as high temperature resistance of 260 degrees, excellent mechanical properties, good self-lubricating properties, chemical corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, peel resistance, wear resistance, resistance to strong nitric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, radiation resistance, and super strong mechanical properties. It can be used in high-end machinery, nuclear engineering, aviation and other technologies.

POM (Super Steel or "Sai Steel", also known as Polyoxymethylene)

Polyoxymethylene resin, POM plastic, and Saigang material: They are white or black plastic particles with high hardness, high rigidity, high wear resistance, high fatigue strength, strong resistance to repeated impact, good self lubrication and wear resistance, and a wide range of operating temperatures (-40 ℃~120 ℃). Their properties are closest to metals.
