Main Features
• Demonstrate excellent retention time reproducibility in all regions
New LC-30AD [Liquid Delivery Unit]
Nexera adopts precise liquid delivery technology required for ultra fast gradient analysis, which can smoothly follow rapidly changing gradient programs at all times; Equipped with an extremely low capacity mixer and micro volume preheater utilizing groundbreaking microreactor technology, excellent retention time reproducibility can be achieved under all separation conditions, from general analysis to ultra fast gradient analysis. Therefore, even in the separation of complex matrix samples, excellent separation reproducibility can be achieved, achieving reliable detection.
• Achieve high separation
The Nexera system not only achieves ultra fast analysis, but also has high separation analysis, using chromatography columns with super strong separation ability in a 130MPa high-pressure system. The chromatographic column is longer and the packing particle size is smaller, which helps to achieve both ultra fast and high separation analysis simultaneously.

• Extremely low cross contamination
The cross contamination suppression technology necessary for high-sensitivity analysis has evolved into a new era. By improving the sampling device and reducing cross contamination in an uncleaned state, the realization of true ultra fast analysis has been promoted, and the application scope has been expanded. When detecting trace components in samples with diverse properties and complex compositions, the newly developed 4-liquid multiple cleaning mechanism will exert its power and can thoroughly clean all residual components. Zero cross contamination has been achieved in various analyses.

Nexera's LC system, as a front-end device for MS, exhibits outstanding performance
By using a newly developed ultra-low capacity mixer (20 µ L), sample ring injection component (optional), and column temperature box micro volume preheater, the system volume has been reduced to within approximately 42 µ L (when using a 5 µ L loop), shortening the cycle of rapid gradient analysis.
The mission of the MS front-end device LC is to reduce background noise and cross contamination factors from non target components when analyzing complex matrix components such as common organisms and food in LC/MS analysis. The Nexera SIL-30AC automatic sampler is equipped with a multiple cleaning mechanism that can select up to 4 solutions, reliably cleaning the inside and outside of the injection needle to achieve more stable LC/MS analysis.
